Cinematic Film Fades – they have a different sense of texture and character to them. In this video, I dive into the why and how. Then off to After Effects to emulate the look digitally. Also, ARTAX!

This preset was created in After Effects 2022 Should be fine. But I'd say for sure AE2022+ just to be safe. No 3rd party plugins need!

To install your brand new After Effects Script:

Unzip this file.
Navigate to the Adobe Scripts folder:
- Win: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Support Files\Scripts\ScriptsUI Panels\
- Mac: /Users/**username**/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Support Files/Scripts/ScriptsUI Panels/
Copy the .jsxbin file to the \ScriptsUI Panels\ folder
Restart Ae and look in the bottom Window menu for your awesome new tool!
